city with angels!
There are angels everywhere, although they aren't always that easy to spot... but over the a bank holiday weekend in May, Ripon was heaving with them!
To celebrate the amazing role that angels play, and as part of Hope '08, Holy Trinity Church Ripon invited the people, families, shops, schools and businesses to get involved in our exciting and unique festival:
- To make an angel and put it up somewhere in Ripon - where you work, at school, in your garden, in your shop window...
- To enter your angel into our competition - with prizes to be won!
- To go angel-spotting around Ripon with our trail maps
- To visit the church during the weekend and see the displays, have coffee and cake (or even lunch), and attend the prize-giving on the Monday.
