FAMILIES & INDIVIDUALS

Here's a great chance to learn, work as a team and have some fun, all at the same time. We invite schools or classes to make and enter their own angelic display.
We can provide schools with resources: assemblies, lessons, and lesson plans (for subjects like art, maths, literacy, PHSE, music, and spiritual development).
We invite children and young people to send us artwork (all A4 or under, please), stories, poems or puzzles they have done themselves, which we will publish on this website. Please email them to us - and tell us which school you go to! |

Make your own angel, and get creative! You may not be Henry Moore or Damien Hirst (or perhaps you're the next big thing?), but you'll still be creating something original and unique. Why not enter our competition, as an individual, family, team... |

| THE PUBLIC |
Wander the streets of Ripon from 2-4 May 2009 and see how many angels you encounter... in the most surprising places. Look up, look down, look all around! You can also use one of the trail maps we'll be publishing. Then pop into Holy Trinity Ripon for a good cup of Fairtrade coffee or tea and a slice of home-made cake, or stay for lunch.

RITA (Ripon Independent Traders' Association) is right behind the Angel Festival. Here's a chance to draw attention to your business or shop, and to get some great publicity. We're looking for teams to work together, and there's a prize for the Best Business entry, as well as one for the Best Shop Window. So what are you waiting for!
